| Labelling |
Each roll is equipped with a label, which is placed either on the outer surface of the roll or inside the core.
Information on the label:
• Tervakoski film RERC = Product name and grade
• 6= Nominal thickness (by micrometer) [µm
• 3001 = Production lot number
• 5,8= Actual average thickness (by roll weight) [µm]
• 5/1 = Machine roll number/Roll position in Machine roll.
• 121= Net weight of the film in the roll [kg]
• 40 000=Actual film length [m]
• OUT= Side of corona treatment
• 820 = Roll width [mm]
• 0= Number of joint in the roll
• 11= Slitting operator number
• 21.08.2006= production date: day.month.year
For identification of a roll both Lot and Roll numbers are required, e.g. 3001-5/1 identifies this sample roll. |
