| Marking of Bobbins |
Each bobbin is equipped with a label, which is placed inside the core.
Information on the label:
9459/1/4/3 = Bobbin identification code where
• 9459 = Metallising lot number
• 1 = Machine roll number
• 4 = Slitting set number (i.e. roll position in MD-direction in a machine roll). Set number 1is slit
starting from the surface of machine roll, highest set number is slit last i.e. nearest to the core
of machine roll)
• 3 = Roll position (i.e. position in CD-direction in a slitting set)
PZC = Tervakoski film product code
6 = Nominal thickness of film (by micrometer) [µm]
75 = Bobbin width [mm]
2,5 = Width of free margin [mm]
12000 = Nominal film length [m]
41/06= Slitting week and year
Green or red line indicates the side of free margin |
