Tervakoski film for impregnation offers a wide range of applications for all high voltage power and filter film capacitors. It is used when long durability is required and the capacitor faces high stresses. The manufacturing method used for film for impregnation is the bubble or tenter process.
Tervakoski Film RER
Features 
PP-film manufactured by bubble or tenter process with super clean electrical grade resin. Tervakoski film RER has controlled surface roughness on both sides facilitating complete oil impregnation.

General applications
Impregnated all film high voltage power and filter capacitors up to largest sizes and with highest stresses. Bubble process film is most suitable also for lowest temperatures.
 
Tervakoski Film RERS
Features 
PP-film manufactured by bubble process with super clean electrical grade resin. Tervakoski film RERS has a controlled reduced surface roughness on both sides for increased capacitance.

General applications
Impregnated all film high voltage power and filter capacitors up to largest sizes and with highest stresses. RERS is most suitable also for lowest temperatures.
 
 
Tervakoski Film E
Features 
PP-film manufactured by tenter process with super clean electrical grade resin. Tervakoski film E has a controlled smooth surface on both sides.

General applications
Impregnated mixed dielectric high voltage power and filter capacitors as well as metallised paper - film capacitors.
Tervakoski Film ER
Features
Like Tervakoski film RER, but surface roughness on one side only. 

General applications
Like Tervakoski film RER.
